At Jack's Surfboards, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Verify Condition
Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached and surfboards remain un-waxed and in original packaging.
Initiate Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your gear and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email, or drop off the package at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
