How much does shipping cost for surfboards?
We offer flat-rate shipping for all shortboards and longboards within the continental US. Oversized fees may apply for boards over 9'6", which will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy on wetsuits?
Wetsuits can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in brand-new condition with all original tags attached and have not been used in the water.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Jack's Surfboards ships gear worldwide. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local government.
How do I know which surfboard volume is right for me?
We provide a detailed volume calculator on each product page. Generally, beginners should look for higher volume for stability, while experienced surfers may prefer lower volume for maneuverability.
Can I pick up my order at one of your physical locations?
Absolutely. Select 'In-Store Pickup' during checkout to collect your order from our Huntington Beach or Newport Beach locations at no extra charge.
What happens if my board arrives damaged?
Please inspect your board immediately upon delivery. If there is shipping damage, document it with photos and contact our support team within 24 hours so we can process a replacement or repair.
